Time for a Tour![open]

"Dear Allison Collins,
We're writing you today to inform you of your time for a tour of the Silph Co. Facilities. Please arrive at the listed time promptly and one of our representatives will escort you through the building."

As you enter through the glass doors you're met with a sparkling clean and incredibly modern and well lit lobby with marble floors and walls. There are a few important looking business people scattered about chatting away to each other, but not loud enough for you to overhear anything. There's a receptionist desk further up to your left, with a young woman standing behind it as she greets another guest and gestures to them to point them in the right direction before turning to see Allison near the doorway. The woman then sends a friendly smile her way.

"Well, hello there Allison, let me just check that for you." The woman replied sweetly, gently taking the paper and tapping away at her keyboard, staring at the screen, occasionally glancing down to check the details of the note. Now that you're close enough you can see that she has a name badge that says 'Lily' she is of average height and has purple eyes, her matching purple hair tied up in a long braid.  "Ah!" she exclaims as she manages to find what she's looking for, her face suddenly looking a little nervous, "Oh.. You're in for quite a treat. It looks like our usual tour guide is ill today, so you'll be shown around by one of our best!" Lily hands the note back, her voice is a little shaky as if she's a little worried about something. "Please hold on a moment, while I call her down to greet you."

Lily picks up the phone, the purple haired girls face is still smiling, but fear is evident as she talks gently into the phone. "Sorry to disturb you, but I've been informed tha-... Mhm, yes but... I see... Thank you so much." She carefully places the phone back on the hook. "She will be here shortly, she's just finishing dealing with something first. Shouldn't be more than ten minutes!" Lily promises, before gesturing towards the soft looking couches. "Please feel free to take a seat while you wait."

A couple of men in suits walk by, one waving to Lily as she returns the gesture before giggling at a Totadile that's following the man as fast as its little crocodile feet can keep up. As time ticks by, not much changes, however ten minutes later, as the elevator doors open everyone in the lobby seems to freeze for a couple seconds before continuing their conversations once more, only much more quietly.  A click of a laced heeled boot can be heard as a young woman, perhaps late teens to early twenties exits the elevator. Her long blonde hair is left flowing below her waist as she strides towards the front desk. She has an air about her, as she mutters something to Lily who points in your direction with a smile, which turns to a look of pity as the blonde woman heads in your direction.

"Allison?" She asks bluntly.

Mysterious Blonde Woman:

The woman looked her up and down before sighing. "It would seem that way." The woman muttered, obviously a little annoyed at the whole situation. Clearly there was something else she'd much rather be doing. Still she smiled a bit before introducing herself. "Name's Alice, so is there anything in particular about the company that you wanted to see today? Or just a general look around?" Alice asked, honestly curious as to the girl's reasons for being here. While they didn't offer tours often, most people generally had a reason for doing so. Some were just curious while others had more ambitious reasons. The company had many divisions including everything from research departments all the way to actually building the products and marketing them.

FLOOR 2: Production

A small, sly smile crept upon Alice's lips as she eyed the Porygon with interest, "I see. In that case we'll make the visits to the floors beforehand quick, so you can spend more time in the technological department." The blonde concluded, brushing her long hair behind her ears. "If you'll follow me, we'll go to the production floor now." Alice announced, turning her heels, boots clicking against the marble floor once more as she approached the elevator, hitting the button to summon it to the ground level, also known as 1F. Once they were inside she would proceed to hit the button for 2F as the elevator doors closed. It was a matter of a few seconds before the doors slid opened again, revealing a HUGE production space, filled to the brim with robotics that were building products. "Here at Silph Co. we utlise not only our own technology but also those from other regions. Combined we have created this fantastic self-automated system that creates are products for us." She began as she strolled around, "Careful not to touch anything though, don't want you losing a hand." She snickered as they made their way past the machinery. "Of course we still have a few humans who work on this floor to ensure everything is running smoothly." she pointed out as one technician could be seen writing down a few notes while monitoring progress.

Alice didn't waste any time going into too many details about this floor, most of it was pretty self-explanatory anyway. Instead she quickly ushered Alison towards the stairs that would lead to the next floor. After climbing the stairs you'd see a door marked 'Research & Development: Biology Division' which Alice would push open without hesitation, revealing many scientists going about their business, a few stopping to glance over at the two in the doorway before proceeding to give their full attention back to their research. "Here we have part of our Research and Development team, this area focuses less on the technology and more on the biology and DNA of Pokemon. Specifically we are always trying to make our products better. Ensure the medicines we sell are of highest quality, increase the catch rate of our Pokeballs, etc. Feel free to take a look around, just don't touch anything, it could be important for their studies." The blonde explained before taking out her phone, swiping it a few times with a small annoyed look on her face.

Alice sighed, "Sorry, but we can't just have civilians running about by themselves. As for computer and technology, they're just above our heads." the blonde replied with a small smile. Perhaps she had been a little cold towards the girl, it's not like it was her fault that she was moody, but she definitely was taking it out on her. To make it up to her Alice decided to make the rest of the tour an unforgettable experience. "Floors 5 and upwards would be pretty boring for you, they're just business related, so feel free to spend the rest of the tour time in 4F looking at all the technological research you want." Alice announced before grabbing Allison by the wrist and attempting to gently pull her up the stairs to the next floor. Not a very professional move, but it's not like the blonde woman cared at this point, no one was watching them in the stairwell.

"Oh hello!" The young brunette man responded looking up as she spoke, his eyes widened as she explained creating the porygon herself and releasing it from the Pokeball. "Y-you made that yourself?" He stuttered, utterly bewildered, he'd never heard of someone outside of the major tech companies being able to create the synthetic Pokemon themselves. Honestly, he was left perplexed as to how someone, especially so young, managed to pull of the feat. "Wow you must be pretty amazing to do something like that, would you mind if I get a closer inspection?" He asked, edging a little closer to the Porygon and scribbling down some notes in the notebook he had been holding. He looked incredibly amazed at her work, before turning back to her, "To tell you the truth, there's a good reason we keep the information about them a secret. We wouldn't want someone creating an army of them for the wrong reasons, now would we?" He chuckled, still there was some truth behind that, it was why they always embedded their own with the 'Silph Co. copy protection DRM'. That way no one could easily copy their code even if they got their hands on one. "Unfortunately, I can't really tell you too much about them, as it's all classified. However, I could show you something new we've been working on that might interest you. It's sort of related, you see we've been studying our progress and learning more about the complexities of artificial intelligence, part of the systems we use here for Porygon, giving them their own unique personalities." He smiled before walking over to a nearby computer and swiping the mouse to switch it off of standby mode, revealing pages and pages of coding.

From this he explained to Allison in great detail about how they were studying upgrading Porygon and such, talking on and on for what seemed like forever in a very excited manner, eager to share his findings with someone that would understand. Once he'd finished his overwhelming speech he looked a little shocked, like he just remembered something important, before quickly rummaging through some papers on the desk. "AH HERE!" He exclaimed with a grin, handing her what appeared to be some sort of application form. "Recently we had a lot of older people retire and we've been looking for replacements. Of course you'd start of as an unpaid intern and would be competing against many others, but I think you have a real shot at getting the permanent position here. Especially with your skills. Just fill that out and hand it in downstairs on your way out if you're interested."

Alice looked up from her phone as Allison approached and smiled, before looking down at the paperwork. "Oh seems you impressed someone here. Those applications are not given out lightly." Alice complimented in her own way before nodding, "If you wish, your best bet would be to give them to the receptionist you met earlier, she will ensure it's given to the right people." the blonde explained before turning to escort Allison towards the elevator, rather than the stairs this time, it was usually much quicker. It wouldn't take long for the duo to find themselves back in the entrance hall of the building where Alice would ask "Are you sure you've seen everything you wanted to today? If so I'll bid you goodbye for now, but..." She paused, tapping the papers in Allison's hands, "Maybe not forever?" she smirked with a wink before preparing to take her leave.

As Modem was uploading the files to Allison's device a strange anteater-like Pokemon was rummaging around only a few feet away from where they stood. It had a beige face while the rest of its fur was red with yellow stripes that resembled that of molten lava. The strange creatures also had beige coloured bands that resembled pipes that lead to its tail from its lower abdomen, bank and underside. It seemed to be using its yellow claws to dig around at the dirt surrounding one of the planted trees within the city as if searching for something.

The Pokeball flew straight towards the Heatmor, however, it simply bounced off of the fire Pokemon's body, landing on the ground without even attempting to draw it inside. At first it looked like the creature was going to attack Allison and Modem as it looked over towards them with an annoyed look on its face. Luckily for the duo it seemed to be far too preoccupied with its digging to give them the time of day. Churning up the soil from around the tree as it collected behind it in a small pile.

The fire type was far too preoccupied to notice the incoming attack and took the tackle directly without even attempting to dodge. However, rage engulfed its eyes as it prepared to get fired up after being attacked. Without a moment of hesitation the Heatmor's claws shone for a moment, glowing brilliantly for only a mere second before it sent a wave of intense heated flames towards the Porygon.  After sending out the blast it quickly sat on top the hole, as if trying to hide something from the trainer and their pokemon.
