RP & Character Rules

A single character may be in as many threads at any one time as you wish HOWEVER there are some rules as to how many per type of thread. It is completely up to you how you wish to do things for your character's timeline in this regard. If you find it simpler to single thread only, then you may do so.

Types of Threads:

Solo/Group Main Story Thread
Amount at a Time: 1
Description: DnD Style thread where you're moderated by a member of the Staff Team. You are able to Catch Pokemon, Obtain Items and do pretty much anything and everything in between. At the end of the topic your moderator will tally up your word count and hand out experience and rewards as necessary.

Training Thread
Amount at a Time: 1
Description: A Free-Form, non-moderated, thread specifically designed for training up to 2 Pokemon at a time. You may do this Solo or in a Group of 2. You must include details as to how they train and most of the writing should include the Pokemon practising their abilities and skills. This can be done in whatever way you see fit, such as a battling NPCs, each other (if in group), or just general skill usage on objects. As long as majority of the thread is training you will receive rewards.
Notes: Thead must clearly state "[Training Topic]" in the title and the Pokemon getting trained must be stated at the start of the thread so it is clear for the moderator. Unlike other threads, you wont receive any PokeDollars for Word Count, however the Pokemon being trained will get DOUBLE the regular EXP from WC. No rewards will be given from defeating NPCs as this is a non-moderated thread.

Mission Threads
Amount at a Time: 1
Description: A Free-From, non-moderated, thread where the character completes a mission objective and receives rewards based on the type of mission and details. Must complete all objectives if detailed on the mission in order to receive the full reward.

Event Threads
Amount at a Time: 1
Description: Works like a Mission Thread, unless dictated otherwise by the Event Details. Doesn't count towards Mission Thread Count. So you can be in a Mission Thread AND an Event Thread simultaneously.

General Free-Form Threads
Amount at a Time: Unlimited
Description: A Free-From, non-moderated, thread that can have as many or as few trainers as you wish. This is great for meeting other characters, developing bonds and simply having fun. As these aren't moderated, you can't obtain pokemon/items etc. However, once complete you can hand up the thread for WC reward approval. A Staff Member will then tally everyone's individual WCs and distribute rewards accordingly.

To start a new thread of the same type that is limited you must finish your current one by including 'END' on the final post to signify the completion of the thread.

You may then post your Solo and Group threads HERE upon completion.

While Mission threads go HERE.

A staff member will then update your rewards as soon as possible. Please be patient as this process can take a little bit of time.

However, you do not have to wait for staff to gift rewards before starting your next thread, meaning you can pick up another mission, or start a new thread as long as you have been sure to end the previous one correctly.

Any Posts in the RP section must be a MINIMUM of 100 words. This is not hard to achieve, even during battles and conversing with other players.

Each Player may have UP TO 4 ACCOUNTS. Each account can have only a single character. However, each character/account slot must be unlocked by leveling up Pokemon on previous characters as follows;

2nd Character Slot = 1st Character has a Pokemon that is at least level 15.

3rd Character Slot = 1st Character has at least a level 25, 2nd Character has at least a level 15.

4th Character Slot = 1st Character has at least a level 35, 2nd Character has at least a level 25 & 3rd Character has at least a level 15.

Each character must be made on a NEW account. ONE CHARACTER PER ACCOUNT. This is to make achievements/point systems for the characters simpler as well as check character activity.

Characters are deemed 'inactive' when they have not been in an active thread for over a month. At this time you will receive a warning. After another month if your character is still inactive they will be archived and all FCs from the character will be voided. If you return you may request for your characters to be reinstated but you will have to reapply for your FCs.

For the time being character changes are not available, while you can adjust your current character applications, they must remain the SAME person. Eventually we plan to allow for people to change their characters for a fee from the PokeStore.
